Miscellaneous Fees
Scheduling Fee - $10.00 per property
Need support with scheduling showings for your client? We can schedule appointments for you with the listing agent and assign a showing assistant to facilitate the appointment!
Cancellation Fee - $35.00
If you cancel an appointment with more than 2 hours notice, there is NO CANCELLATION FEE. If you cancel an appointment with less than 2 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will be assessed.
Late Fee (Showings Only) - $15.00
Each showing appointment is allotted a 30-minute window, which includes a 20-minute grace period. If your client arrives after the 20-minute grace period, a late fee will be assessed.
